Wheez-ie is the alias of Matt Mauldin, a Houston-born producer and dj, currently studying at
the Berklee School of Music in Boston. He’s gotten alot of good word on the streets from some
of our favorite djs, and for good reason. His tunes are a fresh take on current bass music -
heavily rooted in juke, but blending elements of jungle, rave, and crunk into his own sound.
